Holy Spirit is Speaking Scribed by Robin Kirby-Gatto 9/27/11 2pm in Philippines and 1am in USA (CST) I heard Holy Spirit speaking to me this day while I am here in Quezon, Philippines at Sulo Resort Hotel in the midst of the typhoon called Nesat. It has already done great damage here taking lives of souls on this earth that I pray are with the Lord in this moment. Also, there has been catastrophic flooding and wind damage throughout the capital Manila, where we are presently close to, as well as in the area we are presently located. Our meeting had to be canceled both last night and tonight because the storms have made it impossible to even get outside and travel to the location where I would be ministering tonight. Therefore, as I sit here with Amy Kay and we are hunkered down in the hotel I listened to Holy Spirit’s guiding as He was speaking ever so gently, as a whisper to my soul, saying “there is a message, the Father is speaking.” I pressed in and said “speak Holy Spirit, speak.” Then Holy Spirit started unraveling the mystery of God’s voice even in the midst of what looks unimaginable of what seems to be horrific to humanity but even still God works all things to our good and we are too keep our minds on what is lovely, what is true, what is a good report. Therefore, even in the midst of what seems to be a bad report God is ever still speaking! This is what Holy Spirit reveled to me about what the Father is speaking, Papa God, whom we love and loves us back with an unfailing love that ever protects us and guides us! I sit in awe and blown away because even yesterday morning we had scheduled to get out of Catarman, where the ocean was only feet away an pretty much our front yard for nearly two weeks. We had planned on leaving on September 26, 2011 at the leading of the Lord when we first arrived in Manila on September 3, 2011. Therefore, we made plans to leave the area of the Philippines right on the Pacific Ocean. Right before our departure date we had seen the waves increasing and even one day made an attempt to get out in the ocean where the waves were at least five feet above us and we had to get out of the ocean because it was taking us down like a huge washing machine. Therefore, we simply sat on the beach and watched the huge waves one after another coming in immediately upon each other. Then later as we were asleep Sunday night leading into Monday morning, prior to our leaving, I could not sleep and had no inkling that there was even a threat of a typhoon, Typhoon Nesat, here in the Philippines. As I awoke I prayed in tongues and found Amy doing the same. The power went out, the gas was on to make coffee and I recommend not ever drinking coffee without a coffee lid on it when the power is out; I found a roach crawl out of my coffee onto my hand to my surprise as I was drinking it in the dark. Lol With that said on the way from Catarman to Tacloban we traveled by van and sat in the front seats. It was there that we saw the waves crashing over the land already getting up to 10 feet at times coming one after the other upon the land. We arrived in Tacloban after a five hour bus trip and was escorted to the Airport by our hosts in Tacloban to be blessed enough by God to get a flight out in two hours. We took the flight out at 4:30pm on September 26, 2011 and arrived in Manila within an hour or so after the flight took off. Then we found out from the airport taxi driver that many flights had been canceled as a result of the typhoon coming into the area. GOD CLOAKED US BY HIS SPIRIT AND GOT US OUT QUICKLY TO BRING US IN A PLACE OF REFUGE! HE PROTECTED US! We celebrated at the awesomeness of God and His grace and protection and unfailing mercy!!!!! We checked into Sulo Resort in Quezon City, close to Manila, and Holy Spirit said see what Sulo means and it actually means Grace! Then I felt the heart of God, Papa God, weeping but speaking through His grace and His tears whereby if the Church would listen we would stay in the stronghold of God and by His covering would be protected from what is coming upon the earth only to also Arise and Shine and display the Wonder of the knowledge of God’s Glory across the earth as the waters cover the sea! Holy Spirit said look at what God can speak to you even in the midst of what is a storm, a typhoon coming against the earth. As I did I saw it! I had eyes to see and ears to hear what Holy Spirit was saying! I remember Amy telling me that she felt so at home here in the Philippines and even in the moment of where we were days ago. Holy Spirit told me to tell her the reason she feels that is because it is written in her DNA; and Holy Spirit reminded me of a teaching He had me do on God’s DNA. God had me do a teaching called “God’s DNA” which talks about our cells and gets into the DNA of our cell and how our destiny is inscribed within our very DNA from God Himself, which is a whole other message. That is why Amy and I felt at home in the moment right where we were is because inscribed on our DNA was our destiny to be right in the middle of God’s will for our lives which had taken us to the Philippines for the whole month of September in 2011. Therefore, I found myself sitting here today talking with Holy Spirit and He began to say “scribe Robin scribe the Word of the Father.” Holy Spirit showed me that the typhoon took place in Manila Philippines which means “Jewel of A Son” in Sanskrit. I was blown away and said yes Holy Spirit I see!!! Jesus, the Son of God and Son of Man is making us the treasure of God, the Jewels upon His Crown! (Now therefore, if you will obey My voice in truth and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own peculiar possession and treasure from among and above all peoples; for all the earth is Mine. Exodus 19:5 AMP; The LORD their God will save them in that day, As the flock of His people. For they shall be like the jewels of a crown, Lifted like a banner over His land Zechariah 9:16 AMP). God was saying at what looks as though a storm that is coming upon the earth, I Am is in the midst of the storm and I Am working all things to your good, to the good of My Church, to the good of My sons and daughters who will rise up in the land and take dominion and bring My Kingdom , My Government with Power and Might by My Spirit, which declares GRACE! GRACE! To bring down every lofty thing, everything that sets itself up above My Son’s Name! For everything will be made low and the very contrite hearts, who are humble and low shall be exalted by My Spirit and I will make them Pillars in the earth and the world will see Me, the world will Know Me as I Am known by My Glory, My Name, all of Who I Am, My goodness and My Mercy! My Holiness and My justice, and I will restore My throne as I declared upon the throne of David which justice and righteousness in the Land again (Isaiah 9:7- see below). I am identifying WHO I AM, EVEN IN THE MIDST OF THIS STORM says the Lord. I looked at the storm and its pressure, time and delivery upon coming into the Philippines and heard God speaking this: (this info was retrieved from Wikipedia under typhoon Nesat). As of 18:35 UTC September 26, Typhoon Nesat was located within 30 nautical miles of 16.2°N 122.9°E, about 150 nmi (280 km; 170 mi) northeast of Manila, Philippines. Maximum sustained winds are 80 knots (150 km/h; 92 mph), gusting to 115 knots (213 km/h; 132 mph). Minimum central pressure is 950 mbar (hPa; 28.05 InHg), and the system is moving west-northwest at 12 knots (22 km/h; 14 mph). The time 18:35 UTC Holy Spirit said stood for Isaiah 18:3-5. 3All you inhabitants of the world, you who dwell on the earth, when a signal is raised on the mountains--look! When a trumpet is blown--hear! 4For thus the Lord has said to me: I will be still and I will look on from My dwelling place, like clear and glowing heat in sunshine, like a fine cloud of mist in the heat of harvest. 5For before the harvest, when the blossom is over and the flower becomes a ripening grape, He will cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and the spreading branches He will remove and cut away. Isaiah 18:3-5 Holy Spirit said the Harvest is about to come in but before the Harvest comes in, the Lord will blow a trumpet, a message, a sound will be heard in our land from His Holy Mountain! From the very dwelling place of God, His eye sees us, He looks upon us and in His dwelling place where we have our moving and being in Him, there is a glow from Him, His mist to cover us in the midst of the heat (the refining). Actually on September 12, 2011 in Catarman where we stayed on the Pacific Ocean His Mist covered our villa all over when we arrived for the evening we could not see one inch in front of us and it was an iridescent mist that covered everything glowing with the glory of God. Amy was immediately knocked off her feet by God’s weighty glory and I was left infused with waves of glory flowing in my body. We both were filled with the New Wine of Holy Spirit and laughed for hours by Holy Spirit New Wine!” Therefore, evidence by God was presented testifying of this scripture Isaiah 18:3-5 being activated for God’s church to walk in at this time prior to the incoming of God’s harvest. Then as it relates to the actual date September 26, 2011, when the Typhoon came near the Philippines Holy Spirit said it was for the entire chapter of Isaiah 26, where God would speak to His Church about the coming judgment of God and that He would cloak His church until those judgments were over. We would be in God’s PERFECT PEACE! 1IN THAT day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; [the Lord] sets up salvation as walls and bulwarks. 2Open the gates, that the [uncompromisingly] righteous nation which keeps her faith and her troth [with God] may enter in. 3You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You. 4So trust in the Lord (commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him) forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages]. 5For He has brought down the inhabitants of the height, the lofty city; He lays it low, lays it low to the ground; He brings it even to the dust. 6The foot has trampled it down--even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy. 7The way of the [consistently] righteous (those living in moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relationship of their lives) is level and straight; You, O [Lord], Who are upright, direct aright and make level the path of the [uncompromisingly] just and righteous. 8Yes, in the path of Your judgments, O Lord, we wait [expectantly] for You; our heartfelt desire is for Your name and for the remembrance of You. 9My soul yearns for You [O Lord] in the night, yes, my spirit within me seeks You earnestly; for [only] when Your judgments are in the earth will the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God). 10Though favor is shown to the wicked, yet they do not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness they deal perversely and refuse to see the majesty of the Lord. 11Though Your hand is lifted high to strike, Lord, they do not see it. Let them see Your zeal for Your people and be ashamed; yes, let the fire reserved for Your enemies consume them. 12Lord, You will ordain peace (God's favor and blessings, both temporal and spiritual) for us, for You have also wrought in us and for us all our works. 13O Lord, our God, other masters besides You have ruled over us, but we will acknowledge and mention Your name only. 14They [the former tyrant masters] are dead, they shall not live and reappear; they are powerless ghosts, they shall not rise and come back. Therefore You have visited and made an end of them and caused every memory of them [every trace of their supremacy] to perish. 15You have increased the nation, O Lord; You have increased the nation. You are glorified; You have enlarged all the borders of the land. 16Lord, when they were in trouble and distress, they sought and visited You; they poured out a prayerful whisper when Your chastening was upon them. 17As a woman with child drawing near the time of her delivery is in pain and writhes and cries out in her pangs, so we have been before You (at Your presence), O Lord. 18We have been with child, we have been writhing and in pain; we have, as it were, brought forth [only] wind. We have not wrought any deliverance in the earth, and the inhabitants of the world [of Israel] have not yet been born. 19Your dead shall live [O Lord]; the bodies of our dead [saints] shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For Your dew [O Lord] is a dew of [sparkling] light [heavenly, supernatural dew]; and the earth shall cast forth the dead [to life again; for on the land of the shades of the dead You will let Your dew fall]. 20Come, my people, enter your chambers and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the [Lord's] wrath is past. 21For behold, the Lord is coming out of His place [heaven] to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth also will disclose the blood shed upon her and will no longer cover her slain and conceal her guilt. ISAIAH 26 AMP The location of the storm was within 30 nautical miles of the Philippines indicating “3” the Godhead, Elohim (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) bring a completion “10” 3 x 10 = 30. God said that His sons and daughters would arise, where the earth was groaning for the manifestation of God’s sons and daughters identified in Romans 8. 19For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God's sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. 20For the creation (nature) was subjected to [i]frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it--[yet] with the hope 21That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God's children. 22We know that the whole creation [of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now 23And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the firstfruits of the [Holy] Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God's sons). Romans 8: 20-23 AMP. Here in Romans 8 there is a demonstration of the earth moaning and groaning for the sons and daughters of God to rise up in their full inheritance as being one who is made in the Image of God (Elohim- the fullness of the God head) being completed in man/woman this hour as God did it in Adam in Genesis 1:26. 26God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1:26 AMP. God made man in the image of Elohim (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). As it relates here to Romans 8, God identifies that His sons and daughters filled with Holy Spirit rise up into our rightful place where we know our position as a son and daughter of God, where we manifest our adoption by Papa God! The Philippines has many orphans, probably one of the largest per capita nations in the world that have orphans and God is removing that orphan spirit off of the Philippines and off of the church in order to bring about the manifestation of His War Horses, His Army in the earth. God had me look at what Philippi meant in Greek in the bible and it means “Fond of Horses.” God told me that Philippines, the nation we are presently in, as I type this note means Fond of Horses! God is fond of His War Horses (Job 39:19-25 AMP 19 “Do you give the horse its strength or clothe its neck with a flowing mane? 20 Do you make it leap like a locust, striking terror with its proud snorting? 21 It paws fiercely, rejoicing in its strength, and charges into the fray. 22 It laughs at fear, afraid of nothing; it does not shy away from the sword. 23 The quiver rattles against its side, along with the flashing spear and lance. 24 In frenzied excitement it eats up the ground; it cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds. 25 At the blast of the trumpet it snorts, ‘Aha!’ It catches the scent of battle from afar, the shout of commanders and the battle cry. Moreover, the miles was 16:2 degrees North and 122:9 degrees East. God said the miles indicated the Psalms in which He was speaking from: Psalm 16:2 2 I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” And Psalm 122:9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your prosperity. The sustained wind knots measured 80 indicating God bring completion (10) of a test- a testimony to bring in His New Beginning (8) for the Bride of Jesus Christ. Which would bring forth a manifestation of His Change in the earth indicated by the gust knots of the typhoon at 115 identifying the manifestation of Psalm 115 Psalm 115 1NOT TO us, O Lord, not to us but to Your name give glory, for Your mercy and loving-kindness and for the sake of Your truth and faithfulness! 2Why should the nations say, Where is now their God? 3But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases. 4The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. 5They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not; 6They have ears, but they hear not; noses have they, but they smell not; 7They have hands, but they handle not; feet have they, but they walk not; neither can they make a sound with their throats. 8They who make idols are like them; so are all who trust in and lean on them. 9O Israel, trust and take refuge in the Lord! [Lean on, rely on, and be confident in Him!] He is their Help and their Shield. 10O house of Aaron [the priesthood], trust in and lean on the Lord! He is their Help and their Shield. 11You who [reverently] fear the Lord, trust in and lean on the Lord! He is their Help and their Shield. 12The Lord has been mindful of us, He will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel, He will bless the house of Aaron [the priesthood], 13He will bless those who reverently and worshipfully fear the Lord, both small and great. 14May the Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children. 15May you be blessed of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth! 16The heavens are the Lord's heavens, but the earth has He given to the children of men. 17The dead praise not the Lord, neither any who go down into silence. 18But we will bless (affectionately and gratefully praise) the Lord from this time forth and forever. Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) AMP. Holy Spirit said that God will make manifest those who reverentially fear the Lord by the blessings He will pour out upon them because He hears them! He is a God that hears! The message God had me preach all of August 2011 which is posted on the internet was of Hannah and how Hannah poured her soul out to God and He HEARD her, He remembered HER, recognized her, distinguishing her from the other wife of Hannah’s husband that vexed her soul. Hannah in turn became a vex to her enemy. This is recorded on Aug 12, 2011 on audio and August 28, 2011 on video on the internet. However, the whole process was to make Hannah an Iron Pillar as identified in 1 Samuel 2:8 8He raises up the poor out of the dust and lifts up the needy from the ash heap, to make them sit with nobles and inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and He has set the world upon them. 1 Samuel 2:8 AMP. Moreover, Holy Spirit had me preach Hannah in August indicating our time of overcoming in Revelation, where the church is currently positioned in order that we would become a Pillar in God’s Sanctuary. Revelation 3:7-12, which we will get to in a minute. The Minimum central pressure from the storm registered 950 mbar indicating the FULLNESS OF GOD (9) BRINGING THE BRIDE OF CHRIST INTO THE YEAR OF JUBILEE (50). And as the system indicated moved northwest at 12 knots this identified God finally bringing in His Shift! God’s Government in the Earth realm! 12 indicating Government, God’s Government form Isaiah 9:7. 7Of the increase of His government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this Isaiah 9:7 AMP. This change in His church is indicated by a move of Holy Spirit on the earth in the hour that Jesus would bring the church to the season of the Open Door in Revelation 3:8 in order to bring forth the Pillars of God’s Sanctuary, the sons and daughters of God in the earth to rise up in their inheritance, in the fullness of Elohim to take dominion! To rule and reign as joint heirs of Jesus Christ bringing heaven to earth! 7And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open: 8I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name. 9Take note! I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet and learn and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth. 11I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may rob you and deprive you of your crown. 12He who overcomes (is victorious), I will make him a pillar in the sanctuary of My God; he shall never be put out of it or go out of it, and I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which descends from My God out of heaven, and My own new name. Revelation 3:7-12 AMP. At the same time while we were here in the Philippines God gave me a vision where I was brought into the Helix Nebula indicating the Eye of God! God then showed me in one of the pics that is posted in this note that was taken while we were in Catarman Philippines, where God’s firewall came upon and His glory filled me, it was caught on camera and days later after God had given the vision of His Eye, demonstrated through the Helix Nebula and the prophecy as it relates to God’s eye I saw the Eye of God in the photo that was taken and the power of God came on me so strong to Witness God’s Eye is upon His people! Those that fear Him, that reverence Him! They are the apple of His eye, which is associated with the Zechariah 2:5 firewall of God. (God had me start Zechariah 2:5 God’s Fire wall ministry in early May, http://Godsfirewall.com, where we had warfare like crazy) 5FOR I SAYS THE LORD, WILL BE TO HER A WALL OF FIRE ROUND ABOUT, AND I WILL BE THE GLORY IN THE MIDST OF HER. 6Ho! ho! [Hear and] flee from the land of the north, says the Lord, and from the four winds of the heavens, for to them have I scattered you, says the Lord. 7Ho! Escape to Zion, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon! 8For thus said the Lord of hosts, after [His] glory had sent me [His messenger] to the nations who plundered you--for he who touches YOU TOUCHES THE APPLE OR PUPIL OF HIS EYE: Zechariah 2:5-8 AMP. (I have even been persecuted for posting the pic on facebook and some people even say that they think it has been photo shopped and I ask God what my response should be to them and He said TELL MY CHILDREN I WANT TO BE SEEN IF THEY WOULD BUT HAVE EYES TO SEE ME AND MY GLORY. TELL THEM I CANNOT BE PHOTO SHOPPED! ) God had me preach this message of Hannah which is 1 Samuel chapters 1 – 2. Micah 7:7-8(7But as for me, I will look to the Lord and confident in Him I will keep watch; I will wait with hope and expectancy for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. 8Rejoice not against me, O my enemy! When I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light to me. Micah 7:7-8 AMP) and Rev 3:7-12 in August as He gave me His message for His Royal Priesthood His Holy Nation! He had me in Hannah at the beginning of August and it grew and grew and He unveiled His message of the forthcoming Bride of Christ coming forth as a War Horse for the Living God, who know who they are, they have the DNA of God, they know their destiny, they know JESUS in them the hope of all Glory to bring the Fire of God to the nations! Where the harvest is coming in to be brought in by God’s angels who have the sickles in their hand and are ready to be harvested while we see the blessings of God overtake us as we rise up to be a pillar in God’s sanctuary to establish God’s Kingdom, His Government on earth as it already is in Heaven! The blue print of HEAVEN on EARTH! God once again dwelling with man in great measure to bring the Garden of Eden experience where God walked with Adam! Woo hoo!! Get ready for an experience beyond anything ever experienced, where you will walk with God in the supernatural bringing forth the greater works Jesus prophesied in John 14:12 and that would bring glory and honor to God! To His Name! WE LOVE YOU PAPA GOD! WE LOVE YOU FATHER! WE LOVE YOU JESUS! WE LOVE YOU HOLY SPIRIT! COME HOLY SPIRIT COME AND DO THE WORK OF GOD, THE WORK OF JESUS TO MANIFEST THE POWER OF GOD IN THE EARTH, BY YOU HOLY SPIRIT IN US, BEING CARRIERS OF THE PRESENCE OF JESUS! HAVING THE KINGDOM OF GOD WITHIN US! GRACE! GRACE! AND MORE GRACE!!!! BY THE WAY PAPA GOD TOLD ME ON 9/24/11 THAT I WAS COMING BACK AS A QUEEN TO THE USA AFTER THE PHILIPPINES TRIP, ONE WHO WOULD RAISE UP AS A DAUGHTER OF GOD INTO MY RIGHTFUL PLACE AND BE A JOINT HEIR WITH CHRIST JESUS! AND WE ARE AT THIS MOMENT IN SULO RESORT HOTEL IN QUEZON CITY PHILIPPINES AND QUEZON MEANS QUEEN! LOL YOU GO GOD!

I HEAR POPCORN POPPING IN THE SPIRIT REALM. PAPA GOD SAYS THAT HIS BLESSINGS ARE FIXING TO OVERTAKE YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTAIN THEM! THEY WILL OVERTAKE YOU AND BRING FORTH THE BUILDING OF GOD'S KINGDOM IN THE EARTH REALM! THEY WILL BUILD HIS KINGDOM, GOD'S KINGDOM AND BRING FORTH THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD'S GLORY TO COVER THE EARTH AS THE WATER'S COVER THE SEA! GET READY BECAUSE "IT IS HERE SAYS THE SPIRIT OF GOD!" WITH YOUR BLESSINGS OF ABUNDANCE IN JESUS NAME!GOD SAYS THIS WILL BEGIN WITH THE JEWISH NEW YEAR 5722 BEGININNG SEPTEMBER 29, 2011!!!!! 12 so that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations that bear my name,” declares the LORD, who will do these things. 13 “The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills, 14 and I will bring my people Israel back from exile.[b] “They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them.
