PART 4 PULLING DOWN THE CURSED STRUCTURE OF PRIDE OPERATING IN LEVIATHAN By: Robin Kirby-Gatto 6/5/12 In Part 3 we saw that Job did not sin even in the midst of the attack of the enemy taking the entirety of what he had away from him. Moreover, when Job is struck with sickness and in pain he still did not “sin with his lips.” 10 But he said to her, You speak as one of the impious and foolish women would speak. What? Shall we accept [only] good at the hand of God and shall we not accept [also] misfortune and what is of a bad nature? In [spite of] all this, Job did not sin with his lips. Job 2:10. However, something happened after Job is visited by his friends who sat with him in his pain and grief. They saw him from a far and ripped their clothing crying out in agony for their friend. When Job’s friends came to greet him and comfort him they sat with him in his pain and grief. 11 Now when Job’s three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came each one from his own place, Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite, for they had made an appointment together to come to condole with him and to comfort him.12 And when they looked from afar off and saw him [disfigured] beyond recognition, they lifted up their voices and wept; and each one tore his robe, and they cast dust over their heads toward the heavens.13 So they sat down with [Job] on the ground for seven days and seven nights, and none spoke a word to him, for they saw that his grief and pain were very great. Job 2:11-13. It was in the time that Job’s friends sat with him for seven days and seven nights not saying a word to Job that something in those seven days begins to stir within Job to cause pride to rise up. The enemy, satan, here was speaking to Job in those seven days and seven nights as he spoke to Eve in the Garden of Eden. The enemy does not speak to us in audible voice although he can, but rather his preference is to send messages to our mind in order that we would come into agreement with the lie of the enemy, the cursed structure from satan, giving that opportunity to take root in our soul. This is what happened with Job. He had seven days and nights where his friends did not speak the word of God; God is absolutely good, His goodness and mercy endure forever. All Job’s friends did was let Job sit there in his pain and his grief. The enemy will use pain and grief to speak to us. That is why many times the enemy operates through pride in our soul through unhealed wounds. Similar to Job, we can allow that pain and grief to fester in our soul and it provides a door by which the enemy comes to speak to us. The enemy is merely looking for a foothold. Prior to the attacks against Job the enemy truly did not have a foothold and Job was the most righteous man in the earth so much that God bragged about it. 6 Now there was a day when the sons (the angels) of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan (the adversary and accuser) also came among them. 7 And the Lord said to Satan, From where did you come? Then Satan answered the Lord, From going to and fro on the earth and from walking up and down on it. 8 And the Lord said to Satan, Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who [reverently] fears God and abstains from and shuns evil [because it is wrong]? Job 1:6-8 God knew Job’s heart was one after Him. However, within every heart, if it is not guarded in the reverential fear of the Lord there is opportunity for the enemy to speak. That is what happened to Job in those 7 days and nights as he sat in grief and pain, his friends did not speak truth to him but let him be there in his misery. As a result, it was opportunity for satan to speak lies to Job that would cause Job’s heart to be lifted up. allowing pride to enter and this would begin to stir up the spirit of leviathan. There is a stirring within Job’s heart and we see Job begins to curse himself. In the midst of cursing that which God created, him, Job releases out of his lips that which has been in his heart as a result of sitting in his grief and pain for seven days and nights. The attack of the enemy against his soul is what exposed already what was resident and incased within Job’s heart, pride manifested in fear. As Job is cursing the day of his birth, in Job 3:8, he begins to release insight regarding pride/leviathan within the soul of man. 8 Let those curse it who curse the day, who are skilled in rousing up Leviathan Job 3:8 Let those “curse” it…… curse here initially used in Job 3:8 is the word nâqab and means to puncture, to perforate with violence, to specify, designate, appoint, blaspheme, bore, curse, pierce, strike through. (Strong’s Concordance Hebrew Word #5344). The second curse used in Job 3:8 is ârar meaning to execrate; bitterly curse. (Strong’s Concordance Hebrew Word #779). However, when satan was before the Lord saying that Job would curse he was using the word bârak which means to curse as committing treason (turn away). (Strong’s Concordance Hebrew Word #1288). Job did not turn away from God rather He took that which God had called holy and profaned it by cursing the truth. He punctured the cyst of the curse that had built up in his own soul that was full of bitterness and as a result when he violently punctured it in his soul it began to arouse leviathan. Job has allowed the pain and grief to become an unhealed wound where satan begins to send Job messages. LEVIATHAN’S SPEECH Leviathan speaks to us by sending messages to our mind. If we are not fully rooted and grounded in the truth of the Word of Jesus Christ he will pervert the truth and feed us a lie, allowing the infection of that wound to fester up, swelling full of bitterness and infection against the Lord. 14 Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.15 Exercise foresight and be on the watch to look [after one another], to see that no one falls back from and fails to secure God’s grace (His unmerited favor and spiritual blessing), IN ORDER THAT NO ROOT OF RESENTMENT (RANCOR, BITTERNESS, OR HATRED) SHOOTS FORTH AND CAUSES TROUBLE AND BITTER TORMENT, AND THE MANY BECOME CONTAMINATED AND DEFILED BY IT—16 That no one may become guilty of sexual vice, or become a profane (godless and sacrilegious) person as Esau did, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. Hebrews 12:14-16. You have to have eyes to see this is where satan begins to feed off our souls, not from what we have, but from that which we do not have, unhealed wounds/ a bitter root. In this hour God is speaking that we have to allow Him to work on our soul getting our soul healed so that the enemy has nothing in us in which to manipulate and pull on. A couple of years ago, the Kia Soul was the new car on the block and the movie Soul Surfer was out. God was speaking then to the Church that we have to let God heal our soul, which is why God’s Fire Wall School of Healing of the Soul started in January 2012. Lucifer had LUST AND PRIDE, BECAUSE HE LUSTED AFTER THAT WHICH WAS NOT HIS AND BECAME BITTER THAT HE DID NOT HAVE IT THEREFORE PRIDE SPRUNG UP SAYING HE COULD HAVE IT AND LUST CAME INTO EXISTENCE Lucifer began to devise evil in his heart to desire God’s throne because somehow in all of his splendor and his glorious life an iniquitous root of sin sprung up in his heart, lifting his heart telling him something so ungodly that would cause him to think he could even usurp God Almighty, the Creator of all things! In addition, satan sold the same lie to Eve when he was trying to convince her that God was holding out on Eve by telling her not to eat the fruit because once she did she would be “like God.” The enemy works through distorting the truth and coming to our mind to sell us a lie so that pride can enter. Eve began to covet that which she was not to covet. It was no longer good enough for Eve to be created in God’s image because somehow the enemy sold her a lie that she was missing out causing her to covet being “Like God” or rather being God. Here is Job, sitting seven days and nights in grief and pain, and the enemy is speaking to his soul, something to the measure that God was holding out on Job when Job deserved more. The enemy did the same thing to Job, telling him, his righteousness was so good that it was horrible for God to hurt Job when instead satan was hurting Job and all God did was bless Job! Job bought the lie! Those seven days and nights were opportunity for Job to sit there and listen to the enemy by sending messages to his mind, filling his heart, causing an infection to swell up of huge bitterness, that after it became big enough and was punctured it let out bitterness that had been swollen up in his soul, which was the sin! Job began to curse the living God, the truth of Who God is, the Great I Am! IN ORDER THAT NO ROOT OF RESENTMENT (RANCOR, BITTERNESS, OR HATRED) SHOOTS FORTH AND CAUSES TROUBLE AND BITTER TORMENT, AND THE MANY BECOME CONTAMINATED AND DEFILED BY IT— The root of resentment with Job caused him to allow bitterness and hatred to enter his heart and it caused bitter torment where he became contaminated and defiled by it. Distinguishable from this, when Hannah poured out her bitter complaint to God in 1 Samuel 1 is what not to curse Him but rather empty her soul from the pain that was building up within it and God heard her and answered her cry. 10 And [Hannah] was in distress of soul, praying to the Lord and weeping bitterly.11 She vowed, saying, O Lord of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your handmaid and [earnestly] remember, and not forget Your handmaid but will give me a son, I will give him to the Lord all his life; no razor shall touch his head. 12 And as she continued praying before the Lord, Eli noticed her mouth.13 Hannah was speaking in her heart; only her lips moved but her voice was not heard. So Eli thought she was drunk. 14 Eli said to her, How long will you be intoxicated? Put wine away from you. 15 But Hannah answered, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit. I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but I was pouring out my soul before the Lord 16 Regard not your handmaid as a wicked woman; for out of my great complaint and bitter provocation I have been speaking. 1 Samuel 1:10-16. Instead, Job is now in the midst of cursing the truth and contaminating all that he knows to be of God and instead cursing it. Job begins to put upon God this evil that has befallen him. 4 [But it is] because the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison which my spirit drinks up; the terrors of God set themselves in array against me. Job 6:4. Moreover, Job’s three friends are not helping much either because they are agreeing with Job that the reason he is going through this trials and tribulations is because of his sin. They have no knowledge of God bragging on Job at the beginning of the book of Job. God knows full well what Job is able to bear and has not put on him more than he could bear. Again in Job 7 we see where Job is speaking out of the curse, the punctured bitter root in his soul, which has roused up leviathan, the sea monster. 11 Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul [O Lord]! 12 Am I THE SEA, OR THE SEA MONSTER, THAT YOU SET A WATCH OVER ME? Job 7:11. Job is speaking out of the anguish of his heart and this anguish has allowed the bitter root, rancor, and resentment to build up such that pride is swelling in him and he finds himself above this reproach wondering why God has brought this upon him. Job is cursing God, accusing him with bringing evil to him. God does not bring us evil but keeps us away from evil as the Lord’s Prayer Jesus gave us to pray always. 13 And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. Matthew 6:13. Job begins exalting himself above God out of the bitterness in his own heart. 20 If I have sinned, what [harm] have I done You, O You Watcher and Keeper of men? Why have You set me as a mark for You, so that I am a burden to myself [and You]?21 And why do You not pardon my transgression and take away my iniquity? For now shall I lie down in the dust; and [even if] You will seek me diligently, [it will be too late, for] I shall not be. Job 7:20-21 When Leviathan sends messages to us it is in order that we would believe the lie over the truth. Leviathan speaks to our mind, sending us messages and if we have areas in our heart out of past wounds that would exalt themselves against the Truth then that is a means by which the enemy can use leviathan to come against our soul and eventually we give over to his plans and purposes allowing a divisive spirit in our heart where pride swells up and we believe we are above the reproach we are experiencing and attributing the attack to God. How profane and warped is that? That is what Job did and he was the most righteous man on earth, as identified during his times. And if the most righteous man during his time is able to have this occur in his soul are we above it? No, rather we are to be on guard and watch against this attack! MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE When Leviathan has hit me through a person or group of people it is not for me to give into the attack as personal against me, but rather satan wants me to buy the lie hook, line and sinker. Yes the enemy wants us to believe the lie, because remember we are to be building the Body of Christ Jesus into the perfecting and full equipping of the maturity of the saints in the faith of Christ Jesus, so that they in turn are building the Body of Christ Jesus. Therefore, the enemy will use leviathan to stop such work of the Lord. The enemy hates growth in the Body of Christ Jesus, he hates unity. Therefore, my personal experience has been as follows. I would be doing the work of the Lord and a circumstance would occur that would actually be set up by the enemy and once the circumstance occurred the way in which the enemy wanted it, then he would send a message to my mind of what exactly is to occur or the interpretation of the occurrence. Since the enemy was invading our ministry to tear it down I thought it was God’s Holy Spirit that spoke to me and came into agreement with the thoughts without going to the Lord and His Word. As a result an increased attack of leviathan began hitting our ministry in order not to build it up but rather tear it down. Initially the door tried to open through flattery and seeing if there was anywhere in my soul that leviathan could hook into in order to build up pride in me, which thank You Jesus God did not allow; it was shut. However, there was another route for leviathan to come in and attack, one where in the past the enemy through unhealed wounds caused rejection by others to begin to tell me that I was bad, not good, and not of God, this was false humility and believe it or not is pride, too! This false humility is allowing the lie of the enemy to be lifted up over the truth that says I am accepted in the Beloved, I am a Royal Priesthood a Holy Nation, I am Holy as God is Holy. I bought the lie of the enemy that is contrary to God’s Word. As a result the enemy would send me messages about who was to do what and begin taking my authority away in ministry and building up his authority in our ministry to pretty much totally destroy it. It was not through one avenue that leviathan attacked, but many; he uses whoever is given over to his destruction. All satan can do is steal, kill and destroy and therefore those others who were used of him believed truly to be hearing from Holy Spirit but it was not Holy Spirit speaking to them because they were speaking death and curses which are not God and bent on destroying our ministry so they bought into the lie and began to allow pride and leviathan to work in them to destroy our ministry from the beginning. This as a result caused me to turn toward the Lord and His truth, His Word, more and know His truth more than ever so the enemy could not wiggle his way into God’s plans and purposes into our ministry and our lives. Moreover, if I would have let it leviathan would have come in and taken over our ministry to build the City Babylon. We will get to it in the next note but the ultimate goal is this……… are you ready……………………….. We are to build the Body of Christ Jesus, the Church as stated in Ephesians 4: 11 And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers.12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church),13 [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him. Ephesians 4:11-13. However, satan is after destroying the building of the Body of Christ Jesus and moreover, he is bent in building his kingdom, the kingdom of Babylon! Remember the word leviathan in Hebrew and what it means. Leviathan in Hebrew is livyâthân meaning “a wreathed animal, serpent, the crocodile or some other large sea monster, the constellation of the dragon; also a symbol of Babylon.” (Strong’s Concordance Hebrew Word #3882). Leviathan is the serpent, crocodile, large sea monster, constellation for dragon and a SYMBOL FOR BABYLON! Therefore, if satan can he will by leviathan come into your ministry, church, marriage, family, or life to tear down God’s Body and then afterward begin building his city Babylon! Not every church that says they are a church is of God; some are building the Babylon system and are clueless to it because if you asked them they are utterly convinced it is God! WE have to pray that their eyes are opened and they repent! We will get into this more in the next note regarding Babylon! However, I want to close this note out so you can see how sneaky Leviathan is in speaking to your mind if you let him. I had people come up to me and tell me God said something and I will tell you truly that the “THOUGHT” had entered my head the day before. However, after I learned later how leviathan was working against me then I found out that leviathan sent that thought to my head and leviathan was sending me messages the whole time and I did not have enough discernment to realize it was leviathan speaking to me and not Holy Spirit. Moreover, leviathan was speaking to three or four other people at the same time telling them the same thing he told me and when we all talked with each other we thought it was God speaking to us and it was not but rather the spirit of leviathan!!!!! Now imagine this…………………………. How can leviathan trick so many people that way, how can he get an entire Israelite army utterly afraid of a giant forgetting the miracles God performed? How can this happen unless there is a door way, a foothold, by which he could wriggle his way into their soul selling them the lie hook, line and sinker! That is right, there is an area by which God has not been made Lord of their life and they have a root of bitterness somewhere in their life that allows pride, leviathan to pull on, to begin speak to them and tell them that God is short changing, holding out on them!!!! IT IS THE SAME LIE AS IN THE GARDEN!!!! Alright, when the enemy does this with a group, an entire ministry, leviathan in them will operate, unknowingly to them, to begin sending them messages and they believe it is Holy Spirit when Holy Spirit is not even speaking to them and rather it is satan and they do what the messages in their mind tell them and why not; they all have a “WITNESS” to the message because they all got the same message!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then how is the church, a ministry, a family, or a person given over not only in destroying the Body of Christ Jesus but building up satan’s system of Babylon? Well of course can you not see? Leviathan wants more drones to control using mind control as with the movie The Avengers and he begins to allow wounds to come against them, fresh ones possibly even by that group of people to pull his way into their soul by leviathan and get that person submitted to the same plan and it is one big group of wounded people who believe they are healed and they hear God when they are wounded, tearing the Body of Christ Jesus and get this ……………………………….. they are building the Babylon System!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no power of the Word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They merely use His Name but deny the Power of the Word, the Truth, Jesus and God is not moving. It becomes a huge waterway in which leviathan swims back and forth lording over his subjects, why it is Baal. The Baal structure has now set up and established Babylon. Why do you think our nation is in the condition it is in? We the church have allowed Babylon to build up in this nation America because we are more sold on Babylon than we are Christ Jesus! We would rather make a buck prostituting the Gospel of Christ Jesus than laying our lives down for the Gospel of Christ Jesus!!!! We then get in error and help Babylon build her system while God is crying out with Holy Spirit with Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO CAN I SEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO WILL GO FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ISAIAH EXPERIENCED THIS SAME THING DURING HIS TIME WHEN PRIDE WAS RAMPANT AS EXPRESSED IN KING UZZIAH WHO WAS IN PRIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ISRAEL HAD LOST HER FOCUS AND ALLOWED THE CAPTIVITY OF GOD’S PEOPLE TO BE CAPTIVE IN THE BABYLON SYSTEM!!!!!!!! GOD ASKED ISAIAH IN THIS TIME OF DARKNESS WHO WILL GO FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????? In the year that King Uzziah died, [in a vision] I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and the skirts of His train filled the [most holy part of the] temple.2 Above Him stood the seraphim; each had six wings: with two [each] covered his [own] face, and with two [each] covered his feet, and with two [each] flew.3 And one cried to another and said, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory!4 And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who cried, and the house was filled with smoke.5 Then said I, Woe is me! For I am undone and ruined, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!6 Then flew one of the seraphim [heavenly beings] to me, having a live coal in his hand which he had taken with tongs from off the altar;7 And with it he touched my mouth and said, Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity and guilt are taken away, and your sin is completely atoned for and forgiven.8 ALSO I HEARD THE VOICE OF THE LORD, SAYING, WHOM SHALL I SEND? AND WHO WILL GO FOR US? THEN SAID I, HERE AM I; SEND ME. Isaiah 6:1-8. GOD SENDS US INTO THE DARKNESS TO BRING HIS GREAT LIGHT, CHRIST JESUS! WE ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD! A CITY SET ON A HILL THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN!!!!!! You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Matthew 5:14 Part 5 To be continued……….

PART 3 PULLING DOWN THE CURSED STRUCTURE OF PRIDE OPERATING IN LEVIATHAN By: Robin Kirby-Gatto 6/4/12 On Pentecost Sunday Holy Spirit had me preach a message I was not prepared to preach. He titled the message “The Mantle of Jesus,” as was mentioned in the first note of this series. The Holy Spirit showed me the weekend prior to Pentecost that Jesus’ Mantle is for the Bride of Christ Jesus to be built up into the maturity of the unity of the faith in Christ Jesus. He distributed gifts to men, the church regarding the fivefold ministry, for the perfecting and full equipping of the saints into full maturity of the growing into unity in the faith of Christ Jesus! I therefore, the prisoner for the Lord, appeal to and beg you to walk (lead a life) worthy of the [divine] calling to which you have been called [with behavior that is a credit to the summons to God’s service,2 Living as becomes you] with complete lowliness of mind (humility) and meekness (unselfishness, gentleness, mildness), with patience, bearing with one another and making allowances because you love one another.3 Be eager and strive earnestly to guard and keep the harmony and oneness of [and produced by] the Spirit in the binding power of peace.4 [THERE IS] ONE BODY AND ONE SPIRIT—JUST AS THERE IS ALSO ONE HOPE [THAT BELONGS] TO THE CALLING YOU RECEIVED—5 [THERE IS] ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM,6 ONE GOD AND FATHER OF [US] ALL, WHO IS ABOVE ALL [SOVEREIGN OVER ALL], PERVADING ALL AND [LIVING] IN [US] ALL.7 Yet grace (God’s unmerited favor) was given to each of us individually [not indiscriminately, but in different ways] in proportion to the measure of Christ’s [rich and bounteous] gift.8 Therefore it is said, When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive [He led a train of vanquished foes] and He bestowed gifts on men.9 [But He ascended?] Now what can this, He ascended, mean but that He had previously descended from [the heights of] heaven into [the depths], the lower parts of the earth?10 He Who descended is the [very] same as He Who also has ascended high above all the heavens, that He [His presence] might fill all things (the whole universe, from the lowest to the highest).11 AND HIS GIFTS WERE [VARIED; HE HIMSELF APPOINTED AND GAVE MEN TO US] SOME TO BE APOSTLES (SPECIAL MESSENGERS), SOME PROPHETS (INSPIRED PREACHERS AND EXPOUNDERS), SOME EVANGELISTS (PREACHERS OF THE GOSPEL, TRAVELING MISSIONARIES), SOME PASTORS (SHEPHERDS OF HIS FLOCK) AND TEACHERS.12 HIS INTENTION WAS THE PERFECTING AND THE FULL EQUIPPING OF THE SAINTS (HIS CONSECRATED PEOPLE), [THAT THEY SHOULD DO] THE WORK OF MINISTERING TOWARD BUILDING UP CHRIST’S BODY (THE CHURCH),13 [THAT IT MIGHT DEVELOP] UNTIL WE ALL ATTAIN ONENESS IN THE FAITH AND IN THE COMPREHENSION OF THE [FULL AND ACCURATE] KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, THAT [WE MIGHT ARRIVE] AT REALLY MATURE MANHOOD (THE COMPLETENESS OF PERSONALITY WHICH IS NOTHING LESS THAN THE STANDARD HEIGHT OF CHRIST’S OWN PERFECTION), THE MEASURE OF THE STATURE OF THE FULLNESS OF THE CHRIST AND THE COMPLETENESS FOUND IN HIM. Ephesians 4:1-13. Holy Spirit showed me that the enemy through the Leviathan spirit brings division to the BODY of Christ Jesus so that we never grow into full maturity in obtaining the Unity of the Faith in Christ Jesus. Therefore, we are easily overcome as a result of continually being divided. God in this hour is exposing the attack of leviathan and how it has constantly hit the Church in order to keep us divided. The Spirit of God had me in utter travail before I preached this message showing me things in my own heart, in which I had not loved His Bride as He had purposed, to build her up in a greater measure and an accelerated pace. Our ministry, God’s Fire Wall and 22 IS 22 (Isaiah 22:22 Company) is designed by Holy Spirit to be an equipping ministry as in Ephesians 4 but has only had a small impact for God’s Kingdom. God showed me in this hour there is acceleration into building the Body of Christ Jesus for those ministries and ministers that would pick up His Mantle, the Mantle of continually building up the Body of Christ Jesus! The Monday after Pentecost Rich and I celebrated Matthew’s birthday (my youngest son) by going to the movies. We chose to watch the Avengers and while I sat there and watched and the revelation of God’s message in this hour was emphasized even greater as it relates to the attack of leviathan coming against the Bride of Christ Jesus. THE AVENGERS MOVIE “The Asgardian Loki encounters the Other, the leader of an alien race known as the Chitauri. In exchange for retrieving the Tesseract,2 a powerful energy source of unknown potential, the Other promises Loki a Chitauri army with which he can subjugate the Earth. Nick Fury, director of the espionage agency S.H.I.E.L.D., and his lieutenant Agent Maria Hill arrive at a remote research facility during an evacuation, where physicist Dr. Erik Selvig is leading a research team experimenting on the Tesseract. Agent Phil Coulson explains that the object has begun radiating an unusual form of energy. The Tesseract suddenly activates and opens a portal, allowing Loki to reach Earth. Loki takes the Tesseract and uses his scepter to enslave Selvig and several agents, including Clint Barton, to aid him in his getaway. In response to the attack, Fury reactivates the "Avengers Initiative". Agent Natasha Romanoff is sent to Calcutta, India to recruit Dr. Bruce Banner; Coulson visits Tony Stark to have him review Selvig's research; Fury approaches Steve Rogers with an assignment to retrieve the Tesseract. While Barton steals iridium needed to stabilize the Tesseract's power, Loki causes a distraction in Stuttgart, Germany, leading to a confrontation with Rogers, Stark, and Romanoff that ends with Loki's surrender. While Loki is being escorted to S.H.I.E.L.D., Thor, his adoptive brother, arrives and frees him hoping to convince him to abandon his plan and return to Asgard. After a confrontation with Stark and Rogers, Thor agrees to take Loki to S.H.I.E.L.D.'s flying aircraft carrier, the Helicarrier. There Loki is imprisoned while scientists Banner and Stark attempt to locate the Tesseract. The Avengers become divided, both over how to approach Loki and the revelation that S.H.I.E.L.D. plans to harness the Tesseract to develop weapons as a deterrent against hostile extra-terrestrials. As the group argues, Barton and Loki's other possessed agents attack the Helicarrier, disabling its engines in flight and causing Banner to transform into the Hulk. Stark and Rogers try to restart the damaged engines, and Thor attempts to stop the Hulk's rampage. Romanoff fights Barton, and knocks him unconscious, breaking Loki's mind control. Loki escapes after killing Coulson and ejecting Thor from the airship, while the Hulk falls to the ground after attacking a S.H.I.E.L.D. fighter jet. Fury uses Coulson's death to motivate the Avengers into working as a team. Stark and Rogers realize that simply defeating them will not be enough for Loki; he needs to overpower them publicly to validate himself as ruler of Earth. Loki uses the Tesseract, in conjunction with a device Selvig built, to open a portal above Stark Tower to the Chitauri fleet in space, launching his invasion. The Avengers rally in defense of New York City, but quickly realize they will be overwhelmed as wave after wave of Chitauri descend upon Earth. Rogers, Stark, and Thor evacuate civilians with assistance from Barton, while Banner transforms back into the Hulk and goes after Loki, eventually beating him into submission. Romanoff makes her way to the portal, where Selvig, freed of Loki's control, reveals that Loki's scepter can be used to close the portal. Meanwhile, Fury's superiors attempt to end the invasion by launching a nuclear missile at Manhattan. Stark intercepts the missile and takes it through the portal toward the Chitauri fleet. The missile detonates, destroying the invaders' lead ship which disables their forces on Earth. Stark's suit runs out of power and he falls back through the portal, but the Hulk saves him from crashing to the ground. Romanoff deactivates the portal to prevent further invasion. In the aftermath, Thor returns Loki and the Tesseract to Asgard. Fury notes that the Avengers will return when they are needed.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Avengers_%282012_film%29) Loki in the Marvel Comics was first introduced to resemble the devil. “Loki made his first Marvel Comics appearance in Timely Comics' publication Venus #6 (August 1949), where Loki was depicted as a member of the Olympian gods exiled to the Underworld, and here resembled the traditional image of the Devil.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loki_%28comics%29). Loki was cast out of Asgard where he was adopted by Odin to be a part of their world when he was young. However, later Loki’s heart continued to be resentful and jealous of Thor, the true son of Odin. As a result Loki’s actions caused him to be exiled from Asgard . Here now in The Avengers Loki is communicating with the Other, who is the leader of a race called the Chitauri, in order that he could come to earth and take it captive. Loki’s initial entry to earth results in him taking an energy force, tesseract, that he is to collect for The Other. In his collection of the tesseract Loki takes into captivity humans (physicist Dr. Erik Selvig and Clint Barton) that are able to assist him in his plot. He touches his scepter that has the same energy force of that of the tesseract to the hearts of those he takes captive. The energy causes the human’s eyes to turn black and then crystal blue with a film of scales over their eyes. It is as though they are under mind control when Loki touches their hearts with the scepter. Nick Fury hears of Loki’s plans and begins to gather a team of elite super heroes who have the capability of ending the threat against the earth. The superheroes Fury gets is Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and the Black Widow. Loki intends to get caught and taken in by Fury through a public disruption and criminal acts in the earth and is brought into the ship and placed in a holding tank and his scepter is taken to the laboratory for further study to find the other tesseract used to open the portal for The Other and his minions. Fury’s assistant is Maria Hill who assists him in implementing his plan for The Avengers. Initially, when the superheroes meet there is division between them and the more they get involved in the energy force of Loki’s scepter which is near them in the laboratory, it causes them to have even more pride thinking more highly of themselves individually than they should. As a result division amplifies in the movie until it looks as though the earth’s destruction is imminent. At the moment of the earth’s greatest conflict of soon destruction the team of superheroes put aside their differences to save the earth and end up saving it from the intended destruction, closing the portal to darkness. Moreover, the creature that comes out of the portal looks like the leviathan creature of sorts and has massive steal scales all over its exterior. Therefore, the portal that Loki had opened allowed leviathan to enter the earth. The portal was opened as a result of pride, which is where the leviathan spirit is able to manifest and attack us spiritually. Nick means “victory of the people” also fury means “unrestrained violent anger” which demonstrates that God gives us victory over the enemy that seeks to bring an unrestrained violent anger against God’s people. 11 Vow and pay to the Lord your God; let all who are round about Him bring presents to Him Who ought to be [reverently] feared.12 HE WILL CUT OFF THE SPIRIT [OF PRIDE AND FURY] OF PRINCES; He is terrible to the [ungodly] kings of the earth. Psalm 76:11-12. Maria means “sea of bitterness/sorrow” and her last name Hill means an elevation of land. Therefore, here we see that God shows us in our soul that pride is exposed in areas in which we have bitterness and sorrow that tends to exalt itself above the truth, areas in which what we want is not happening (sounds like what happened with satan in heaven; he wanted to be ruler and was not). In the movie Maria even questions Nick Fury’s orders, trying to exalt her own opinion of what needs to be done above her superior. God showed me that in our lives as we will see in a greater measure through scripture that the enemy works in our rebellion against God. In addition, satan works in areas where we still have wounds operating in which there is unresolved bitterness or sorrow; pride springs up in our soul as a result. Moreover, Loki and Thor in the movie represent the angelic host, Loki representing the devil and Thor representing that of Michael; here you have to put aside the name for namesake in what is being displayed as it relates to pride. Thor in the movie the Avengers is who protects the earth from Loki, and we know that Michael the Arc Angel protects God’s people from the attacks of satan and his demonic host. (I already know that some people are going to be appalled because of Thor representing something demonic. However, here I am not looking at evil as it relates to Thor but rather the connotation of God’s voice as the voice of Thunder that delivers justice and Michael fight’s on behalf of God). Captain America’s name in character Steve Rogers, Steve means crown of splendor and Rogers means in this sense, “I understand, or I have received full transmission” as it relates to the military usage of “roger.” Holy Spirit showed me that we are to run with our crown and not let anyone take our crown from us, and we do so when we come into full understanding of what we are to do, receiving God’s instructions. (Revelation 3:7-12). The Black Widow’s name, Natasha Romanoff, has the meaning birthday of superior family; Natasha means birthday and Romanoff is the lineage of a superior family. The Incredible Hulk’s name is Bruce Banner, meaning from the brushwood, and Banner meaning an official proclamation likened unto a flag. Next, Iron Man’s name is Tony Stark, meaning “highly praiseworthy perfect/complete” indicating God is the One Whom we give all honor and glory. Finally, Clint Burton means “fenced settlement, fortified settlement.” Therefore, the given perspective at which I have been allowed to see this, it is prophetic of the time in which we are at presently. Loki here, represents the devil has come to earth to unleash havoc through the attack against man’s soul by bringing forth the iniquity of pride through which he is capable of manifesting in us in rebellion, jealousy, rejection, anger, and unhealed areas where there is still bitterness or sorrow elevated in our soul over the truth, God’s Word. However, God is able to bring us victory over pride/fury. God exposes those areas in order that He can birth His truth, superior Word into our souls to appropriate that truth because only God is worthy to be praised; He makes everything perfect and complete. As we understand God’s truth and appropriate the truth through the Word, Jesus, we then are able to grab a hold of that truth (crown of splendor) and see God’s Name Glorified in our lives, making us a fortified city, an iron pillar! Oh, that You would rend the heavens and that You would come down, that the mountains might quake and flow down at Your presence—2 AS WHEN FIRE KINDLES THE BRUSHWOOD AND THE FIRE CAUSES THE WATERS TO BOIL—TO MAKE YOUR NAME KNOWN TO YOUR ADVERSARIES, THAT THE NATIONS MAY TREMBLE AT YOUR PRESENCE! 3 When You did terrible things which we did not expect, You came down; the mountains quaked at Your presence. Isaiah 64:1-3. As we take every thought captive that would exalt itself against the truth of God’s Word, we are able to see His Name exalted as when a fire kindles the brushwood it makes God’s Name known to his adversaries, causing the nations to fear Him reverently. This greatness of God’s Name to His adversaries is displayed in our heart, our soul, so that the enemy is no longer able to keep us in bondage but rather we walk in greater freedom and liberty in our soul. God then brings healing and deliverance. The Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff was constantly trying to defend herself because she could not forget the reproach of her past. However, God removes the reproach of our widowhood where we feel that there is sin and we remember it no longer. Isaiah 54:4. 4 Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed; neither be confounded and depressed, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not [seriously] remember the reproach of your widowhood any more. Isaiah 54:4 Hannah in 1 Samuel 1 pours out her bitter complaint to the Lord God and unveils her soul in order that it would not stay rooted in her soul and God heard her. Many people do not realize God hears you and already knows what is in our soul but we have to come to God to get it out and let Him do a work to manifest His promises and remove all bitterness out of our soul. Job’s bitter complaint though was not to empty out his heart and turn to God but rather to put his fist in God’s face about God causing all that has happened to Job. I am weary of my life and loathe it! I will give free expression to my complaint; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.2 I will say to God, Do not condemn me [do not make me guilty]! Show me why You contend with me.3 Does it seem good to You that You should oppress, that You should despise and reject the work of Your hands, and favor the schemes of the wicked? Job 10:1-3. Here specifically we will look at pride resulting from bitterness due to shame and guilt for past wounds ultimately linked to unforgiveness. (However, when repenting of pride ask Holy Spirit to expose what is the root source of the pride, is it rebellion, is it rejection, is it jealousy, is it unhealed wounds or is it unforgiveness). It is through shame and guilt the enemy is able to keep us in bitterness and sorrow as we do not release those who have hurt us and as we come against the plan of God thinking we are above His plan. Each one of these superheroes were under the power of pride until they were able to dismiss the reproach against them, what would cause them shame and rise above their past pressing forward into becoming “one,” going against the attack of pride to cause division. The shame and guilt for Bruce Banner was that his anger became ungodly and as a result he sinned in his anger. However, once he released the shame of that he used his anger towards righteous anger so to speak in destroying the enemy as David did with Goliath. Once the Avengers were able to overcome pride in them that was stirred up by the enemy, Loki due to the power force of his scepter being close by them, causing pride to manifest, they were then able to come together as ONE and demonstrated a working together of unity. We are to be One Body in Christ Jesus and are to allow the fivefold ministry to rise up, equipping and building the Body of Christ Jesus. They were able to get Clint Burton who was captive under Loki’s spell and could not see due to the scales over his eyes and his mind was controlled by Loki. Likewise, satan controls our mind as we yield to evil thoughts. Natasha was able to battle the spirit operating against Clint, it was not Clint she was fighting but the evil force in him that had him bondage. After she battled the force hitting him he was released from the mind control and came into position with the others to protect the earth. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities in the heavenly realm. The five of them, Natasha, Tony, Steve, Dr. Bruce, and Clint came together and worked as a team with Thor, to end the attack against earth and save it from utter destruction. They were able to close the portal in the heavenly realm and destroy the enemy, turning around what was meant for their destruction, the missile and putting it in the hole to destroy the enemy. The team was able to Avenge Earth; they are The Avengers of the earth. Likewise there is an anointing by God to bring forth His vengeance against the enemy to set us free! The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound,2 TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD [THE YEAR OF HIS FAVOR] AND THE DAY OF VENGEANCE OF OUR GOD, TO COMFORT ALL WHO MOURN, 3 To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit—that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.4 And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations. Isaiah 61:1-4. RISING ABOVE SHAME AND GUILT Pride can take root in our soul due to us wanting our will above God’s will, which is what we saw with satan. Therefore, pure rebellion, not following the will of the Lord causes pride to rise up in us. However, here we are discussing rebellion that results due to unhealed wounds in our soul and unforgiveness. Other means in which pride rises up within our heart are jealousy, fear, rejection and anxiety. We see as with Cain pride rose up in him because he first wanted to offer a sacrifice to the Lord God his way. After Cain sees that his brother sacrifice is received and his is not, Cain then becomes jealous and murders his brother. Therefore pride can enter us through rebellion and jealousy. In addition, as we see with Cain, pride can come due to feeling rejected, stirring up comparison to that which is attached to God, stirring up jealousy. Pride is a mechanism whereby we protect our own world, our own will, by what we see that it should be. As a result, rejection, rebellion, jealousy, fear, anxiety and unforgiveness are avenues by which Pride takes root and manifest. Here we will mainly be discussing unforgiveness and unhealed wounds. 3 And in the course of time Cain brought to the Lord an offering of the fruit of the ground.4 And Abel brought of the firstborn of his flock and of the fat portions. And the Lord had respect and regard for Abel and for his offering,5 But for Cain and his offering He had no respect or regard. So Cain was exceedingly angry and indignant, and he looked sad and depressed.6 And the Lord said to Cain, Why are you angry? And why do you look sad and depressed and dejected?7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin crouches at your door; its desire is for you, but you must master it.8 And Cain said to his brother, Let us go out to the field. And when they were in the field, Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. Genesis 4:3-8. When we stay under the reproach of shame and guilt from the enemy, through unforgiveness or unhealed wounds, we think of ourselves more highly than we should and we also look at God with contempt. Even low self esteem is pride; it says that God cannot heal us and we are so much higher than God that it is us that have to heal ourselves. As a result we think of ourselves more righteous than we truly our; we are looking through our righteousness which is filthy rags and not that of Christ Jesus. God has to by His Holy Spirit bring healing into our heart for us to forgive others and ourselves so that the reproach can be removed! FORGIVENESS AND UNHEALED WOUNDS! We can only be forgiven as we have forgiven others; we are given over to the torturer of our soul when we do not forgive; Pride operates through unforgiveness! Unforgivness in any area of our life, tells us we cannot trust God and have to take care of ourselves or be our own self sufficiency, therefore we deny God’s work in our lives. Pride when it manifest looks the opposite of what we would think because we think the person thinks to highly of themselves which is true, due to unforgiveness. Moreover, wounds can result from areas in which we have unforgiveness leaving us injured by another. The wound and unforgiveness allows the torment of the enemy of our soul to come against us, causing us to rise up and usurp God’s authority as Provider, as Healer, as Deliverer, as Protector, and all that the work of Salvation encompasses. Therefore, unknowingly our soul is in torment and we begin to lord ourselves over others looking perversely at others out of our own heart, putting evil on them because we are being tormented in our own heart by satan. 21 Then Peter came up to Him and said, Lord, how many times may my brother sin against me and I forgive him and let it go? [As many as] up to seven times? 22 Jesus answered him, I tell you, not up to seven times, but seventy times seven! 23 Therefore the kingdom of heaven is like a human king who wished to settle accounts with his attendants. 24 When he began the accounting, one was brought to him who owed him 10,000 talents [probably about $10,000,000], 25 And because he could not pay, his master ordered him to be sold, with his wife and his children and everything that he possessed, and payment to be made. 26 So the attendant fell on his knees, begging him, Have patience with me and I will pay you everything. 27 And his master’s heart was moved with compassion, and he released him and forgave him [cancelling] the debt. 28 But that same attendant, as he went out, found one of his fellow attendants who owed him a hundred denarii [about twenty dollars]; and he caught him by the throat and said, Pay what you owe!29 So his fellow attendant fell down and begged him earnestly, Give me time, and I will pay you all!30 But he was unwilling, and he went out and had him put in prison till he should pay the debt.31 When his fellow attendants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed, and they went and told everything that had taken place to their master.32 Then his master called him and said to him, You contemptible and wicked attendant! I forgave and cancelled all that [great] debt of yours because you begged me to.33 And should you not have had pity and mercy on your fellow attendant, as I had pity and mercy on you? 34 And in wrath his master turned him over to the torturers (the jailers), till he should pay all that he owed.35 So also My heavenly Father will deal with every one of you if you do not freely forgive your brother from your heart his offenses. Pride is exposed through circumstances in which we have been injured by others that would cause us to be unforgiving. However, we do not know the need of forgiveness if we have scales on our eyes, if we are blind as when Clint Burton was blinded by Loki. The reason that Loki’s energy force had power over Clint was because there was a means by which he could pull on that which Clint needed, he needed “peace.” Loki when he touched human hearts with his scepter would say “receive true peace.” Likewise the enemy gives us a false peace which is “pride” when we do not forgive and causes a stirring within us where now unforgiveness has now become pride and then allows the operation of the spirit of leviathan in our hearts to oppress us and now we become a vessel given over to the operation of that spirit against others. The unforgiveness is rooted deeper than the circumstance in which you have offense,and is exposed in times when offense rises up. For example, let us say that someone has had a child die in a car wreck, a loved one die from cancer or a divorce in the family causing a broken home. A person can because of the circumstances become offended with God, thinking they are better, and hold God in contempt for something He did not cause. Then later the unforgiveness one might feel is manifested later as self righteousness and the person becomes stiff necked, rigid, because of pride and thinks they are above others and moreover, when the true anointing shows up like David killing Goliath to protect Israel an Eliab is there to say that David has presumption and an evil heart when in truth it is Eliab that does. Moreover, pride rooted in one person can pull on pride in others to cause them to agree with the lie and then you have leviathan operating in the group rising up against the true anointing and the enemy wants God’s people to stay in captivity. Why did no other warrior for Israel’s army defend God’s army from the torment of Goliath until David came? They were all in torment and bondage to the enemy! The reason is because of pride in all of them, created a false humility, in which fear bread and caused the terror and torment that was already within their soul to manifest into fear! This would take an entire book to write. Therefore, instead of building pride causes us to tear down God’s work or be paralyzed to that work. The true anointing of Christ Jesus, builds up the Bride of Christ Jesus! Therefore, Eliab coming against David demonstrates the attack of pride to attack those who are in God’s Body Building Work of Ephesians 4! God had me start God’s Fire Wall School of Healing of the Soul in order to deal with issues uprooting the enemy’s lie out of our soul and implanting and building up God’s Kingdom in our soul so that we are healed and delivered able to do the work of the Lord in our lives. When we do the work of the Lord it will build up the Body of Christ Jesus into a full maturity of the faith! This is demonstrated clearly in Isaiah 54 where before the barren woman was in reproach, feeling forsaken the Lord came and removed it fully, bringing her to Himself where He is her Husband, her Maker and causes her to rise up having many spiritual children who would in turn rise up and rebuild the desolate places, causing them to be inhabited. Sing, O barren one, you who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child! For the [spiritual] children of the desolate one will be more than the children of the married wife, says the Lord.2 Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes,3 For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.4 FEAR NOT, FOR YOU SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED; NEITHER BE CONFOUNDED AND DEPRESSED, FOR YOU SHALL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME. FOR YOU SHALL FORGET THE SHAME OF YOUR YOUTH, AND YOU SHALL NOT [SERIOUSLY] REMEMBER THE REPROACH OF YOUR WIDOWHOOD ANY MORE.5 For your Maker is your Husband—the Lord of hosts is His name—and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; the God of the whole earth He is called.6 For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken, grieved in spirit, and heartsore—even a wife [wooed and won] in youth, when she is [later] refused and scorned, says your God.7 For a brief moment I forsook you, but with great compassion and mercy I will gather you [to Me] again.8 In a little burst of wrath I hid My face from you for a moment, but with age-enduring love and kindness I will have compassion and mercy on you, says the Lord, your Redeemer.9 For this is like the days of Noah to Me; as I swore that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I will not be angry with you or rebuke you.10 For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My love and kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, says the Lord, Who has compassion on you.11 O you afflicted [city], storm-tossed and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in fair colors [in antimony to enhance their brilliance] and lay your foundations with sapphires.12 And I will make your windows and pinnacles of [sparkling] agates or rubies, and your gates of [shining] carbuncles, and all your walls [of your enclosures] of precious stones.13 And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children.14 You shall establish yourself in righteousness (rightness, in conformity with God’s will and order): you shall be far from even the thought of oppression or destruction, for you shall not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near you.15 Behold, they may gather together and stir up strife, but it is not from Me. Whoever stirs up strife against you shall fall and surrender to you.16 Behold, I have created the smith who blows on the fire of coals and who produces a weapon for its purpose; and I have created the devastator to destroy.17 But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord. Isaiah 54:1-17. In receiving the work of the Cross of Christ Jesus fully in our soul, no shame has portion to cause us to feel forsaken, creating a root of unforgiveness thereby causing us to be disturbed and rise up in pride allowing evil in our heart. We see this exposed in Job when he is afflicted with the trials and tribulations in which he was allowed to go through, not because God did it to Job but because satan tormented Job and afflicted him. JOB’S AFFLICTION BEGINS TO EXPOSE PRIDE God brags about Job to satan as he is before the Lord and satan states that Job only fears God because of the blessings of God upon Job. God gives satan permission to touch Job to a measure, leaving his life. Job then finds out he has lost his children to destruction, his wealth, his health, and his wife is telling him to curse God. Prior to Job 3 God’s word states Job did not sin with his lips. Then when we get to Job 3 we see something exposed through his lips as it relates to leviathan. After this, Job opened his mouth and cursed his day (birthday). 2 And Job said, 3 Let the day perish wherein I was born, and the night which announced, There is a man-child conceived. 4 Let that day be darkness! May not God above regard it, nor light shine upon it. 5 Let gloom and deep darkness claim it for their own; let a cloud dwell upon it; let all that blackens the day terrify it (the day that I was born). 6 As for that night, let thick darkness seize it; let it not rejoice among the days of the year; let it not come into the number of the months. 7 Yes, let that night be solitary and barren; let no joyful voice come into it. 8 LET THOSE CURSE IT WHO CURSE THE DAY, WHO ARE SKILLED IN ROUSING UP LEVIATHAN. 9 Let the stars of the early dawn of that day be dark; let [the morning] look in vain for the light, nor let it behold the day’s dawning, 10 Because it shut not the doors of my mother’s womb nor hid sorrow and trouble from my eyes. 11 Why was I not stillborn? Why did I not give up the ghost when my mother bore me? 12 Why did the knees receive me? Or why the breasts, that I should suck? 13 For then would I have lain down and been quiet; I would have slept; then would I have been at rest [in death] 14 With kings and counselors of the earth, who built up [now] desolate ruins for themselves, 15 Or with princes who had gold, who filled their houses with silver. 16 Or [why] was I not a miscarriage, hidden and put away, as infants who never saw light? 17 There [in death] the wicked cease from troubling, and there the weary are at rest.18 There the [captive] prisoners rest together; they hear not the taskmaster’s voice.19 The small and the great are there, and the servant is free from his master.20 Why is light [of life] given to him who is in misery, and life to the bitter in soul,21 Who long and wait for death, but it comes not, and dig for it more than for hidden treasures,22 Who rejoice exceedingly and are elated when they find the grave?23 [Why is the light of day given] to a man whose way is hidden, and whom God has hedged in?24 For my sighing comes before my food, and my groanings are poured out like water.25 For the thing which I greatly fear comes upon me, and that of which I am afraid befalls me.26 I was not or am not at ease, nor had I or have I rest, nor was I or am I quiet, yet trouble came and still comes [upon me]. Job 3:1-26 It is the “curse” that rouses leviathan in Job 3:8! Therefore, it is when we in our heart have curses, evil, present that we begin to speak out of our heart that which is in it that rouses up leviathan. Job starts cursing his birth and being created in the image of God, fearfully and wonderfully made, Job began cursing his own birth, therefore rousing leviathan, pride within his own soul. Now pride was already resident in Job’s soul before the attack of satan, the attack merely revealed it. How do we know this? Prior we see it in Job 10:1-3 and in verse 25 of Job 3 we see Job confess “for the thing which I greatly fear comes upon me, and that of which I am afraid befalls me.” Job’s own fear is revealed, it has been made manifest and Job has lost everything. This fear resident in Job was made manifest through satan’s attack causing Job to be unsettled stirring up Leviathan. EPHESIANS 6 Holy Spirit had me teach on the entire book of Ephesians on Pentecost Sunday, displaying God's desire for there to be One Body that comes together for the perfecting and full equipping of the Saints in the Faith of Christ Jesus so that we can show His complicated wisdom to the angelic rulers and powers in the heavenly realm!!!!!!! When we become One Body, we can destroy the attack of Leviathan coming against the Church! This is what happened in the movie The Avengers, that they came together as a team, as one and as a result were able to come against ruling powers in the heavenly realm!!!!! It is in Ephesians 6 that we see the Word of God telling us to stand fully suited in the Armor of God. This is what happens when the Body of Christ Jesus comes together we are able to withstand the attacks of the enemy! 10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. 11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. 12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. 13 Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. 14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, 15 And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. 16 Lift up over all the [covering] shield of [c]saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one]. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. 18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people). Part 4 to be continued…………
