Part IV Dismantling and Pulling Down Jezebel's Throne! 1/21/11 by Robin Kirby-Gatto God’s ultimate goal is for the person that is operating in the Jezebel spirit to repent from their works and return to the Lord. In Revelation 2:21 the Word states “I gave her time to repent, but she has no desire to repent of her immorality [symbolic of idolatry] and refuses to do so.” Therefore, our prayer should be to pray that God open the eyes to the person or group of people that are operating in the Jezebel spirit. God demonstrates that He will bring judgment to the person yielded to this spirit, such as anguish. Moreover, the people that are serving this spirit will experience pressing distress and severe affliction until they repent of the conduct or doings of Jezebel’s affairs/work. 22Take note: I will throw her on a bed [[of anguish], and those who commit adultery with her [her paramours] I will bring down to pressing distress and severe affliction, unless they turn away their minds from conduct [such as] hers and repent of their doings. 23And I will strike her children (her proper followers) dead [thoroughly exterminating them]. And all the assemblies (churches) shall recognize and understand that I am He Who searches minds (the thoughts, feelings, and purposes) and the [inmost] hearts, and I will give to each of you [the reward for what you have done] as your work deserves. Revelation 2:22-23 AMP. I believe in being overly cautious because in spiritual matters as it relates to repenting it does not hurt to be overly cautious. Therefore, I repent to the Lord if there has been anything in my life that has led to any works or affairs of Jezebel that I unknowingly or knowingly have perpetuated somehow. Prayer: Father God I repent for any works I knowingly or unknowingly have committed in my actions and heart that have perpetuated the work of the spirit of Jezebel in my life. I ask You Holy Spirit to search my heart and expose to the light any ways in me that are connected with the spirit of Jezebel. I thank You Jesus, for Your Blood that redeems me from sin and iniquity and I appropriate Your Blood to completely annihilate the iniquitous root in me that has provided a hook for Jezebel to utilize me. I ask for forgiveness God where I have had any unforgiveness in my heart toward anyone and repent for that unforgiveness in Jesus’ Name. I ask You Holy Spirit to expose to the light any wounds in which I have in my soul that are present and in need of healing that have been used as a hook for the spirit of Jezebel. I repent for not coming to You God for complete healing of my soul and right now I ask You, my Great Physician to bring the Sword of the Spirit into my heart and go to the places of woundedness to bring Your divine and complete healing in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Praying the prayer above is the first step to overthrowing the throne of Jezebel in your life. Next, God brings us up in a warrior anointing to come forth and annihilate this spirit. This is not for the faint hearted, because once you start coming against the spirit of Jezebel, it will take opportunities to hit you on every end imaginable to stop your progression in overcoming it. We are to show the love of God and it is the love of God that turns man to repentance but when it comes to the spirit of Jezebel itself we are to be confrontational. For example, when I came from having the tentacles of Jezebel pulled out of my spiritual spine, as I discussed in the first teaching “Don’t Eat at Jezebel’s Table,” I realized that the very life of God had been sucked out of me and by no means did I ever want that to occur again. Moreover, this spirit had nearly destroyed my marriage and my family because the person through which it operated began to puppet me and would on occasion make me think poorly of my husband and would absorb most of my time that I was being pulled from spending time with my family. The crazy thing is though; it was to do spiritual activities. Again, I cannot repeat it enough, this spirit looks spiritual and as though it is doing the work of God, but if you have a prayer meeting and God has told you to spend time with your family instead of attending the prayer meeting then you are in rebellion because you are not doing the will of God. Therefore, the prayer that you prayed gives Holy Spirit permission to expose to the light areas in which it looks like you might be doing spiritual matters even but once the truth is exposed you might realize that Holy Spirit wants you spending more time with your family to pour into them and love them as God desires. When the spirit of Jezebel is not puppeting you and you have broken out of her system then the attack is totally different, it wants to destroy and annihilate you, your present victory, and your destiny. When I broke out of the system of the spirit of Jezebel and saw the deceit then the attack turned to where I was being discredited, called Jezebel myself, having many act as though I was carrying out the plans of the devil, and have people call me up getting mad with me, acting like I was suppose to follow through with certain activities I had in the past in caring for others physically and doing particular ministry activities in which I had stopped. So once you get out of the system there is a violent wrestling that you have to do with a two sided coin. You have to have love on one side, to love those with in whom this spirit operates to control them. It is imperative to pray for the person/group and bless them in the midst of the attack. God to is using this opportunity that Satan’s attack has brought against you by the spirit of Jezebel to test the love of God, the mercy of God within you. There is always a mercy test before promotion and believe me we are getting to that part. Therefore, this testing of your faith, which is more precious than gold, will bring about an increased measure of God’s mercy within you to make you that Romans 9:23 vessel of mercy on which he can pour more of His glory out upon. 23And [what if] He thus purposes to make known and show the wealth of His glory in [dealing with] the vessels (objects) of His mercy which He has prepared beforehand for glory, Romans 9:23 AMP. Next, the other side of the coin is to become a Valiant Warrior to violently seize the kingdom of heaven by force, by annihilating every assignment of the spirit of Jezebel through prayers and declarations. The prayer strategy is to press into God so that you can know His strategy, His plan for coming against the assignment of Jezebel, and the appointed time to overthrow her throne. When you get ready to dismantle Jezebel’s throne in a person’s life, many times it is the person who is being attacked by the spirit of Jezebel. Therefore, you have to pray in the anointing and not in your flesh. We can sit here and say words such as “In Jesus Name I dismantle the throne of Jezebel….” However, if we do not have the anointing at that moment to do that very thing then we are doing it in the flesh. Therefore, the prayer part of warring is pressing into God to get His Word, His strategies, His plans for dismantling Jezebel’s throne in our lives and the lives of others. GLORY!!!!!!!! Woo I’m getting fired up! J God has an anointing He wants to give His people for being a Valiant Warrior to come against the spirit of Jezebel. Holy Spirit has come upon me at times to pray this mantle on many people, the mantle of Jehu, who was a warrior king that went to Jezebel’s home to confront the demonic force and destroy her. Again, remember we are talking about the spirit. Therefore, when we overthrow Jezebel’s thrown we are overthrowing the spirit of Jezebel. 1AND ELISHA the prophet called one of the sons of the prophets and said to him, Gird up your loins, take this flask of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead. 2When you arrive, look there for Jehu son of Jehoshaphat son of Nimshi; and go in and have him arise from among his brethren and lead him to an inner chamber. 3Then take the cruse of oil and pour it on his head and say, Thus says the Lord: I have anointed you king over Israel. Then open the door and flee; do not tarry. 4So the young man, the young prophet, went to Ramoth-gilead. 5And when he came, the captains of the army were sitting outside; and he said, I have a message for you, O captain. Jehu said, To which of us? And he said, To you, O captain. 6And Jehu arose, and they went into the house. And the prophet poured the oil on Jehu's head and said to him, Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: I have anointed you king over the people of the Lord, even over Israel. 7You shall strike down the house of Ahab your master, that I may avenge the blood of My servants the prophets and of all the servants of the Lord [who have died] at the hands of Jezebel. 8For the whole house of Ahab shall perish, and I will cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel. 9I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah 10And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and none shall bury her. And he opened the door and fled. [Fulfilled in II Kings 9:33-37.] 2 Kings 9:1-10 AMP. Jehu is anointed by one of the young prophets, whom had been instructed by Elisha, to be the King over Israel. Kings in God’s word signify ruling and reigning, so when the young prophet anoints Jehu, he has anointed him to take his position of rightful authority, rightful ruling and reigning to bring down Jezebel herself. It’s this anointing we receive from Holy Spirit by being in Christ Jesus, that we arise in our rightful position of authority as a Royal Priesthood, the portion of royalty being that of a king/queen where we have the anointing to destroy the spirit of Jezebel. 11When Jehu came out to the servants of his master, one said to him, Is all well? Why did this mad fellow come to you? And he said to them, You know that class of man and what he would say. 12And they said, That is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus he spoke to me, saying, Thus says the Lord: I have anointed you king over Israel. 13Then they hastily took every man his garment and put it [for a cushion] under Jehu on the top of the [outside] stairs, and blew with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king! 14So Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, conspired against Joram [to dethrone and slay him]. Now Joram was holding Ramoth-gilead, he and all Israel, against Hazael king of Syria, 15But King Joram had returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. And Jehu said, If this is your mind, let no one make his escape from the city [Ramoth-gilead] to go and tell it in Jezreel [the capital]. 2 Kings 9:11-15 AMP. When you arise in this anointing, your anointing through Christ Jesus, in being in proper authority to annihilate this spirit it is not only evident to you but others who are around you that the authority of God has increased in you. You have to understand that God is a purposeful God and He would not simply allow you to go through so much warfare and attack of the enemy, not putting more on you than you can bear, with it being in vain!! No God has a purpose!!!! The purpose is to come forth into the authority that is already at work within you, the power of God Himself arising in you to come against the enemy! Therefore, when you have been attacked by Jezebel that is when your authority GLORY is increasing!! It is merely not evident only to yourself but others can recognize the authority of Christ in you increasing and you walk in a greater anointing, a greater authority to come against the works of the devil, especially the spirit of Jezebel, not only for your life, but for the lives of others! When I overcame the attack of Jezebel against my own life something happened, a switch flipped inside of me and all of a sudden the warrior that I had been had changed, I became infused with a fiery anointing and a zeal of God, the anointing of God’s Name Jealous, which purpose is to protect covenant, to MAKE WAR against the enemies of God! I no longer did spiritual warfare in a defensive posture! NO, NO NO! I began to MAKE WAR, get on the offense, with the devil and go to the devil’s camp, Jezebel’s camp to make war against that spirit! I was not scared anymore of devils I KNEW WHO MY GOD IS AND MY GOD IS BIGGER, BIGGER, BIGGER, THAN ANY DEVIL! Moreover, I knew who I was in Jesus Christ!! During the attacks of Jezebel on my life I had gotten into a deep dark pit and the only people who could fit in that pit were me and Jesus. I could see my husband at the top of the pit saying “Robin you are going to make it.” However, Rich, my husband, could not be in the pit with me because it was a work that God was bringing forth in me to know who I am in Christ Jesus and shift all of my identity to Christ instead of who I thought I was because of my past and present circumstances. And all I can say is the devil was stupid enough through the attack of Jezebel to drop one more straw on me from the east side (you will know what east side means when you read part III of the Jezebel teaching). When the Jezebel spirit came against me on the east side then all I can tell you is that HOLY SPIRIT infused me with my identity in Jesus Christ as not only the Lamb, but also the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and I was changed I was different. The part of Jesus Christ the Warrior King came forth in me and I came out of that pit like Superman! Jehu did the same thing after he was anointed as king. 16So Jehu rode in a chariot and went to Jezreel, for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah had come down to see Joram. 17A watchman on the tower in Jezreel spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Send a horseman to meet them and have him ask, Do you come in peace? 18So one on horseback went to meet him and said, Thus says the king: Is it peace? And Jehu said, What have you to do with peace? Rein in behind me. And the watchman reported, The messenger came to them, but he does not return. 19Then Joram sent out a second man on horseback, who came to them and said, Thus says the king: Is it peace? Jehu replied, What have you to do with peace? Ride behind me. 20And the watchman reported, He came to them, but does not return; also the driving is like the driving of Jehu son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously. 2 Kings 9:16-20 AMP. King Jehu was focused and did not turn to the left or to the right when the horsemen came to Jehu he did not become distracted, he did not have time to talk but all he could do is tell them was to “fall in!” That is what the Jehu anointing, the anointing of a warrior does to you when it comes upon you. It brings you up as a mighty warrior to keep your focus and call forth the troops of God to fall in behind you. Moreover, here the word states about Jehu’s “driving” that means his going forth. Jehu had a reputation that the watchman knew his driving, and the watchman reported that Jehu was driving “furiously.” When this warrior anointing comes upon you, you drive with a focus, with a fury from the Lord that Satan and his minions will recognize, and especially Jezebel. It is that anointing that comes upon you by Holy Spirit that then you ARISE and see your enemies scattered!!! Moreover the field in which the enemy begins to meet Jehu is in the field of Naboth, the person whom Jezebel had stoned and gave his land to King Ahab. When God anoints you with this anointing you will be able to come forth like a mighty warrior in the anointing of God’s Name Jealous, which purpose it is to bring forth the scorn of God against those who have touched the apple of God’s eye. Holy Spirit showed me God’s Name Jealous (Exodus 34:14) has a purpose, the purpose is to “protect covenant” (I get into detail with this dimension of God in my third book “At His Feet” I wrote in 2004, which is to be published next year). That Dimension of God to Protect Covenant causes two things, it causes a protection mode of God to come forth to cover His people when He senses that the covenant is going to be threatened, when His people are harmed, and also it causes God to bring forth scorn against our enemies. God’s name Jealous is in this warrior anointing therefore the fruit of this anointing is to come forth in the Acceptable Year of the Lord, the Day of Vengeance of our God (Isaiah 61:2) for God’s people. Therefore, when Jehu meets the enemy head on in a place where God is taking vengeance on Naboth’s death by Jezebel. God even brings to Jehu’s remembrance how He would avenge Naboth and his sons in verse 26. 21Joram said, Make ready. When his chariot was made ready, Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot. Thus they went out to meet Jehu and met him in the field of Naboth the Jezreelite. 22When Joram saw Jehu, he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, How can peace exist as long as the fornications of your mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many? 23Then Joram reined about and fled, and he said to Ahaziah, Treachery, Ahaziah! 24But Jehu drew his bow with his full strength and shot Joram between his shoulders; and the arrow went out through his heart, and he sank down in his chariot. 25Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take [Joram] up and cast him in the plot of Naboth the Jezreelite's field; for remember how, when I and you rode together after Ahab his father, the Lord uttered this prophecy against him: 26As surely as I saw yesterday the blood of Naboth and the blood of his sons, says the Lord, I will repay you on this plot of ground, says the Lord. Now therefore, take and cast Joram into the plot of ground [of Naboth], as the word of the Lord said. 27When Ahaziah king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. Jehu followed him and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the ascent to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And [Ahaziah] fled to Megiddo and died there. 28His servants took him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his sepulcher with his fathers in the City of David. 29In the eleventh year of Joram son of Ahab, Ahaziah's reign over Judah began. 2 Kings 9:21-29 AMP. Therefore, when Jehu is on his way to carry out the final execution of Jezebel, he carries forth God’s vengeance on Naboth. We likewise, can carry out the vengeance of God, being led by Holy Spirit, when we start calling back what the canker worm and locusts have eaten in the midst of the attack of Jezebel in the lives of those whom Holy Spirit leads us. 30Now when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it, and she painted her eyes and beautified her head and looked out of [an upper] window. 31And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, [Have you come in] peace, you Zimri, who slew his master? 32Jehu lifted up his face to the window and said, Who is on my side? Who? And two or three eunuchs looked out at him. 33And he said, Throw her down! So they threw her down, and some of her blood splattered on the wall and on the horses, and he drove over her. 34When he came in, he ate and drank, and said, See now to this cursed woman and bury her, for she is a king's daughter. 35They went to bury her, but they found nothing left of her except the skull, feet, and palms of her hands. 36They came again and told Jehu. He said, This is the word of the Lord which He spoke by His servant Elijah the Tishbite, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel. 37The corpse of Jezebel shall be like dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel, so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel. 2 Kings 9: 30-37 AMP. Here Jezebel is trying to flatter one last time before she is annihilated. She hears of what Jehu does and she fixes herself up, tries to become pleasing and appealing to the warrior Jehu. Moreover, she calls Jehu “Zimri” here means praise worthy because the root word in Hebrew is a musical instrument, so she is actually praising Jehu for annihilating the King of Judah, one through whom she manipulated and operated. Therefore, when you are getting ready to overthrow Jezebel’s thrown she will have flattery and try and distract you from your course of action. Finally, Jehu arrives and comes forth in the anointing of a warrior king and has Jezebel’s eunuchs throw her down, fulfilling the prophetic word of the Lord where the dogs would eat the flesh of Jezebel. It is in this area in which Holy Spirit showed me that once you come forth in the warrior anointing and confront the spirit of Jezebel she has NO POWER! Moreover, those that have been serving her are the ones who throw her down! That is symbolic! Jehu coming forth as a warrior anointing asks who is on his side, those that have been under the spell, under the rule of Jezebel, when the warrior anointing comes upon you by Holy Spirit it awakens those who have been in a spiritual slumber! The anointing destroys the yoke of bondage! Then Jehu says “THROW HER DOWN!” This has many levels of meaning, one of which, Jehu has those who had been her servants throw her down and Jehu also speaks an Apostolic word, one being sent, to throw her down. Therefore, the declaration part of coming against Jezebel and dismantling her throne, is after having prayed as Holy Spirit has led you, when you get the green light, the go ahead by Holy Spirit, to declare in that apostolic anointing by the Lord that comes upon you then God has you dismantle and throw the spirit of Jezebel off of her throne, the place she had been ruling and reigning! Remember Jezebel is a queen and the whole purpose of that spirit is to rule and reign in every area it can. Therefore, you have to dismantle her throne as you are led by Holy Spirit in that particular area. God has me do this for others who have been attacked by Jezebel and in ministries that have been attacked by Jezebel. As I press in to pray for others Holy Spirit will come upon me like He did Jehu, when he was anointed by the young prophet, to come forth like that of a wild ox and receive the new anointing, the fresh anointing (Psalm 92:10) to declare “I take the Sword of the Spirit and I pull you down Jezebel, I dismantle your throne in this ministry in Jesus’ Name! I call forth the utter annihilation of your seed Jezebel, of all that you have sown in this ministry and in the lives of those attached to this ministry in Jesus’ Name! I call in the Blood of Jesus to infuse every area where the seed of Jezebel has been destroyed and to redeem the time, break the curse, and fulfill the promise of God for this ministry in Jesus’ Name! I speak life to this ministry and prophesy this ministry will live and not die in Jesus’ Name! I call in the fiery breath of God to infuse this ministry and the people attached to the ministry and declare that they will fulfill the call of God on their lives in Jesus’ Name! I call forth the throne of Jesus Christ to be established in this ministry and declare that of the Increase of God’s government and of His peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to establish and uphold it with righteousness and justice from the latter time forth, and the zeal of the Lord will perform it in Jesus’ Name! (Isaiah 9:7). Glory I could shout! One last thing that will make you run! When God wants to promote you from one level of glory to another, from one place of authority to another guess what is most likely going to happen? You got it, an attack from the spirit of Jezebel against your life. Holy Spirit showed me that God keeps His promises and His word and when God wants to increase your ministry and your authority in Christ Jesus at times you will have an opportunity to overcome the spirit of Jezebel, which we see in Revelation 2: 24But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not explored and known the depths of Satan, as they say--I tell you that I do not lay upon you any other [fresh] burden: 25Only hold fast to what you have until I come. 26And he who overcomes (is victorious) and who obeys My commands to the [very] end [doing the works that please Me], I will give him authority and power over the nations; 27And he shall rule them with a sceptre (rod) of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, and [his power over them shall be] like that which I Myself have received from My Father; 28And I will give him the Morning Star. 29He who is able to hear, let him listen to and heed what the [Holy] Spirit says to the assemblies (churches). Here, to the one who holds fast to the Word of the Lord in overcoming Jezebel, God promises that He will give you “authority and power over the nations” and that you will “rule them with a scepter rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces” and the power you receive shall be like that which Jesus received from God! Moreover, He will give you the Morning Star! This anointing is to increase your authority not only in heaven but ON EARTH NOW! God wants to increase your spiritual authority, the authority that Jesus received from God is available for you NOW on this earth when you overcome the spirit of Jezebel! You will receive the Morning Star, a revelation of Jesus infused in you that will SHINE LIKE THE STARS AND WIN MANY TO RIGHETOUSNESS!!! When God wants to grow your ministry get ready to overcome this spirit because He keeps His promises, which are yes and amen and He wants, He wants, He wants to give you His promises! So when God wants to give you an increased measure of spiritual authority most likely you will have a Jezebel spirit that you will have to overcome so that He will bring you up into an increased measure of authority so that the whole purpose, Christ in you the hope of glory is not only realized but actualized in the winning of many to righteousness to Jesus!!! God I pray that everyone reading this teaching will be anointed with the same anointing of Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah who is returning on a White Horse, with His Robe dipped in Blood, Who wages war in Righteousness, Whose Name is the WORD OF GOD, and will carry out Your battle Plan Father God, in Jesus’ Name! That same warrior anointing, warrior mantle, that rested on Jehu, I call it forth by Holy Spirit upon your Sons and Daughters in Jesus’ Name! God I declare that they will ARISE in the POWER of YOUR MIGHT and that their enemies will be scattered by Christ in them, the hope of Glory! I declare they are entering another level of glory, another level of authority, another level of knowing and understanding Christ in them, the hope of Glory in Jesus’ Name! I apply the Blood of Jesus over them and ask Holy Spirit that You seal the Word of God and that God over Your Word in their life there will be a 100 fold return NOW in JESUS NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
