Joel 2, the Outpouring of the Latter Rain!

This morning I head the Lord say Joel 2:25 which I know quite well. Then I heard Him say begin at Joel 2:23 and continue to Joel 2:30. As I began reading about the former and the latter rain Holy Spirit said that God was about to pour out the latter rain, that with which you have contended for years to come to pass. Then I heard God say that He was going to cover His people in this season where the storms were coming against the world; it is the hour of testing and trial upon the earth as you have seen in Revelation 3:10. God begin to show me that we, the Church, the true Church have been tested and tried already and have come forth like Gold. The changing of the Guards is going to manifest in great speed now and you will begin to see the true laborers of the Living God and know whom it is that He loves; His favor will be upon them.
God then said, “His people that have been tried and tested recognize Him and have been found faithful, trustworthy (loyal). Therefore, be ready for the shift and what is about to happen; it rains upon the just and the unjust. The rain that is about to pour out upon us will make a distinction between God's true laborers and those that say they are but are not.” God said “I have come to bring a day of reckoning, of judgment to My own, so that I may distribute equity to those who are poor in spirit, contrite and broken before me and lift them up and promote them in My strength and power, and in My authority.” God said that today is a manifestation of the unlocking of Christ’s Church that we saw last year on 2/22 through the earthquake in New Zealand.”
“I Am surely here to reckon My justice and bring forth My House, those who have been humble and loyal among My people. I have come now to release the finances, the resources, provision and all that will be necessary so My people will arise and manifest My government, My authority and My power. I have come now to prepare the chosen for the masses that are to come into My Kingdom even beginning in this hour.”
I hear Holy Spirit saying get ready for the shift is going to be swift! In a vision I see people that were at the bottom coming to the top and being promoted overnight as Israel the nation was birthed in a day, God said He would do it. He said there is more to come in government and the business sector to rectify His justice and judgment in the earth. God is also promoting those who have had a passion for promoting God’s agenda in changing laws forth in this hour so truth can prevail again in America. God said He is determined and has purposed to manifest His goodness, His glory, to set the captives free and bind up the broken hearted. Many He said have an anointing to repair the breach as His prophet Nehemiah.
I hear the Father saying that there is great Joy that is about to come to the remnant body of Christ Jesus and that they will be filled with the oil and the wine and see a harvest of blessings in this hour; they were tested and found faithful. God’s judgment for the faithful is that they will enter the promises of God, which are YES AND AMEN!
I DECLARE THAT THE LATTER RAIN OUTPOURING IDENTIFIED IN GOD’S WORD IN JOEL 2:23 WILL BE MANIFESTED NOW IN JESUS NAME! I CALL FORTH GOD’S PROMISES FOR HIS PEOPLE NOW IN JESUS NAME AND DECLARE THAT ALL THE HORDES OF HELL THAT HAVE BEEN COMING AGAINST GOD’S PEOPLE ARE BOUND UP AND NO LONGER ABLE TO PROSPER AN ATTACK AGAINST US IN JESUS NAME! I DECLARE THE RELEASE OF GOD’S JUDGMENT IN THIS HOUR FOR HIS PEOPLE, HIS RIGHTEOUS RAIN AND JUDGMENT SO THAT THE MANIFESTATION OF GOD’S PROMISES WILL POUR OUT AND BE SEEN BY ALL TO GIVE GOD GLORY AND HONOR IN JESUS NAME! I DECLARE AN ACCELERATION THIS DAY OF GOD’S WORD IN JOEL 2:23-30 TO COME FORTH INTO THE EARTH IN JESUS NAME! GOD WE THANK YOU THAT YOU HAVE BROUGHT OUT YOUR LABORERS IN THIS LAST HOUR TO BRING IN YOUR HARVEST AND MANIFEST YOUR GLORY TO ALL NATIONS! I DECLARE A RELEASE OF WEALTH, PROVISION AND RESOURCES TO GOD’S LABORERS SO THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF GOD WILL BE MADE MANIFEST TO ALL IN THE EARTH IN JESUS NAME! I THANK YOU GOD FOR BRINGING FORTH YOUR LABORERS AND FORCING THEM OUT INTO THE HARVEST FIELDS THROUGH YOUR MANIFESTED GOODNESS IN THE EARTH IN JESUS NAME!

7And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open: 8I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name. 9Take note! I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet and learn and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth. 11I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may rob you and deprive you of your crown. 12He who overcomes (is victorious), I will make him a pillar in the sanctuary of My God; he shall never be put out of it or go out of it, and I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which descends from My God out of heaven, and My own new name. Revelation 3:7-12 AMP
23Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord, your God; for He gives you the former or early rain in just measure and in righteousness, and He causes to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, as before. 24And the [threshing] floors shall be full of grain and the vats shall overflow with juice [of the grape] and oil. 25And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten--the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you. 26And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you. And My people shall never be put to shame. 27And you shall know, understand, and realize that I am in the midst of Israel and that I the Lord am your God and there is none else. My people shall never be put to shame. 28And afterward I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. 29Even upon the menservants and upon the maidservants in those days will I pour out My Spirit. 30And I will show signs and wonders in the heavens, and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. Joel 2:23-30 AMP.
7Of the increase of His government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:7 AMP.
